Regular Meeting, Ethan Town Council, 2022-07-21 Ethan Town Council met in regular session on June 13, 2022 at 7:15 p.m. at Ethan Town Hall. Directors present were Gregg Thibodeau, Bob Riggs and Megan Perry. Municipal staff present: Michele Pollreisz. Absent: Raquel Nesheim, Jason Koch and Dave Duba. President Thibodeau declared the meeting open and conducted the oath of allegiance. Unless otherwise indicated, all motions were carried unanimously. APPROVAL OF AGENDA: Approved on motion by Riggs, seconded by Perry. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: The minutes of the June 13, 2022 meeting were approved on motion by Riggs, seconded by Perry. No minutes from the community center. FINANCIAL REPORTS: The Finance Officer reviewed the financial reports for June 2022. PUBLIC WORKS REPORT: Discussed the water loss report. CITIZEN INPUT: None APPROVAL OF CLAIMS: Motion by Perry, seconded by Riggs, to approve the claims. The cameras at the ECC will be installed as soon as possible. Bryant-Vacated lot- Final approval on motion of Riggs, seconded by Perry. NEW BUSINESS: Helping with Horsepower September 10 – The band will be hired by The Ammo Box. Many events planned. The city again agrees to pay half the cost of the temporary power source, approved on request by Riggs, seconded by Perry. First reading of the 2023 annual budget without modification approved on motion by Riggs, second by Perry. Unlicensed Vehicles – Will visit citizens on ordinances regarding unlicensed vehicles. Mosquito Grant – Ethan received a grant. Will buy a spray for future use. Executive Session: SDL 1-25-2 (1 & 4): None The next regular Board meeting is scheduled for Monday, August 8, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. Motion by Riggs, seconded by Perry, to adjourn at 8:00 p.m.
