Working session and municipal council meeting on September 14, 2021 at 6:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the municipal council meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 8:30 p.m. and will be preceded by a working session at 6 p.m. and an executive session at 5:30 p.m. or immediately thereafter, in person at New Castle City Hall, 200 South Greeley Avenue, Chappaqua, New York, and by videoconference and teleconference. Information regarding attendance at in-person meetings and applicable COVID-19 regulations will be available on the City’s website at www.mynewcastle.org.

PLEASE ALSO TAKE NOTICE that the public may attend the public hearing in person or watch the meeting live on Youtube at www.youtube.com/c/nccmc , or via the Zoom application. Comments for the public hearing can be 1) made in person at Town Hall during the public hearing, 2) delivered live via Zoom, or 3) sent before the meeting or during the meeting to [email protected]. As a person does not have Internet access and is unable to attend the meeting in person, comments can also be made no later than 4 p.m. on the day of the meeting to the City Clerk at 914-238- 7269.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ACCESSING THE MEETING VIRTUALLY: If you have a computer, tablet or smartphone, you can register, log in and view video and hear the audio of the session live. Zoom’s chat feature will be available during the public hearing portions of the meeting. We will provide you with brief instructions on how to use the chat during the meeting. We will also have a phone number that you can call if you don’t have a computer or are having issues with your computer audio:
